Recent variety from the strain of "Surpriz" by Sébastien Berthier. Mutation appeared in the garden of Pascal Clerc who selected and stabilized it.

Large fruit weighing 250 to 500 grams, beefsteak type with variable shape most often flattened and with ribbed and plump shoulders.

Dark green epidermis streaked with pale green (total absence of red). Features resemblance tunes to Zebra Rita.

Thin skin. Fleshy green flesh with a very sweet and delicate flavor.

Like the other varieties from Surpriz, the plant has an impressive vigour, an unusually large trunk diameter giving this variety an extraordinary robustness. Thick and dense dark green foliage. Indeterminate growth.

Good production, better in the second half of the season.
