Orange-yellow skin with green shoulders that turn yellow when ripe.

Dense and fleshy beef flesh, small cells arranged around the circumference.

Intense flavor and superior to "Jumbo Jim orange" but just as productive.

Plant with great development, potato foliage, indeterminate growth.
