Large pink fruit with more or less green shoulders, 400 to 800 grams, beefsteak type, round with a more pronounced ribbing the larger the fruit. Wide, corky and moderately deep depression in the stem attachment.
Fleshy and juicy beef flesh, excellent balanced flavour.
