Variety discovered by Papo, in a farmer's market in Salvador de Bahia, Brazil. The name indicated was "Pimenta Japonesa" with the additional indication "Cheiro ++", this is certainly not its scientific name and moreover this pepper is not Japanese.
Small oblong fruit 8 to 10mm. Abundant flowering, not all flowers bear fruit.
Ripens from green to yellow.
Pepper remarkable for its powerful and persistent aromatic flavor. Heat +/-25k to 50K SHU.
Second half of the season production, +/- 90 days. Bushy plant, possibility of pot culture.
