Heirloom variety from the family of Tom Edwards, USA, with the original seed coming from Ireland. Featured in the 2010 Seed Savers Yearbook.
Pink, 180-250 gram beefsteak-like fruit, flattened, ribbed at the top and with more or less rounded shoulders.
Dense and fleshy beefy flesh, mulitloges, central core. Taste of old tomato, very well balanced.
Plant with potato foliage.
