Variety originating from Hungary, the country of Paprika!
Similar to 'Banana Pepper' in shape, resembling a banana, plump, conical and elongated 12-15 centimeters long.
Ripens from waxy yellow then orange to scarlet red when fully ripe.
Slightly tart flavor, heat from 2.5K to 8K SHU. Its uses are multiple: marinated, stuffed, in sauce, stew but also raw!
Variety adapting to all kinds of climate and producing generously.
