Variety native of the USA, introduced in 1997 by Seeds Savers Exchange. In spite of its name it is not a variety in shape of heart.

Big fruit which can reach 500 grams of type beefsteak bulging in high part and flattened in low part.

Yellow skin, creamy white, the apical end tinting of pink with maturity.

Juicy flesh slightly marbled with pink, with a balanced flavor.

Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Good production from mid-season to frost.
