This variety appeared in Craig LeHoullier's garden in 1989, when he was growing the classic red "Holy Land" variety. Whether it's a spontaneous mutation or the result of an accidental cross has not yet been established.
Fruit 250 to 400 grams, beefsteak-like, with more or less deeply ribbed, rounded shoulders. Depression at the stem attachment shallow but very wide and corky.
Two-tone yellow mottled with red at maturity. Depending on the strain, the red color is more or less dominant.
