Variety originating from the province of Biscay, Basque Country.

Fruit weighing 40 to 60 grams, triangular, elongated and pointed, 6 to 9 cm long and 2 to 3 cm wide at the shoulders.

Ripens from dark green to red.

The flesh is firm, smooth with a sweet taste.

It is most often eaten green, traditionally cooked, it is also fried in olive oil and served as an appetizer.
