Variety whose exact origin is unknown, probably brought to light by a certain Serge, hence its name!
Large red fruit weighing 250 to 500 grams, flattened and more or less deeply ribbed, even ribbed at the top. Depression at the stem attachment moderately deep, corky and wide, from which scars may appear in talwegs.
Dense, beefy flesh, small lodges containing little gel and seeds. Excellent sweet flavor.
Wide-growing plant, regular foliage and indeterminate growth.
Medium-season production.
