Large red fruit of 300 to 500 grams, beefsteak type with an irregular shape, especially since the fruit will be large, generally slightly flattened and ribbed. Bouquets of 3 to 5 units.
Thick skin, dense, firm and very juicy flesh.
Pleasant flavor although sweetish. Ideal for making sauces and coulis.
