Green epidermis streaked with orange brick red, more marked on the shoulders and at the apical end.
Dense flesh, green mottled with red, green gel.
Sweet and complex flavor, to be consumed "al dente" before full maturity.
Moderately vigorous plant, small stem, sparse regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Production from mid-season until frost.
