Originally from the USA, introduced by Ben Quisenberry in 1976, who renamed it "Ruby Gold tomato". GNIS registered variety.

Large, flattened, beefsteak-like fruit weighing 180 to 500 grams, heavily ribbed at the top and with rounded shoulders.

Two-tone orange-yellow and red color.

Firm yellow beef flesh with red marbling at the core, sweet flavor with a hint of acidity.

Strong development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Productivity in the second half of the season can be average to good, depending on growing conditions.

Variety tolerates cool nights well.
