Recent variety, developed by Jessica Hughes, Canada. Looks like a Berkeley tie dye, of which it may be a mutation.
The fruit weighs 200 to 300 grams and is flattened at the poles, ribbed at the top and has rounded shoulders.
Magnificent colour: a shade of purple-pink, deeper in the lower part, with green streaks on the whole.
Dense and fleshy beefy flesh, multi-located on the perimeter. Good flavour.
Vigorous plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth. Good production from mid-season onwards but better in the second half of the season.
