A variety from the USA developed by Peters Seed and Research and presented in 1994. Listed in the Seed Savers Yerabook of 1995. Both foliage varieties (regular foliage and potato foliage) are in circulation. It is assumed that the correct version is the potato foliage version.
Pink fruit weighing 180-350 grams, beefsteak-like, flattened and with "ruffled" shoulders.
Meaty, very juicy beefy flesh with an intense, rich flavour and a hint of acidity.
Good production.
