Fruit weighing 200 to 400 grams, beefsteak-like, flattened at the poles and with rounded shoulders.

Green skin covered with a red/pink blush at maturity, more visible on the apical part.

Dense, juicy beef flesh. Complex but excellent flavor.

Robust plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Abundant regular production from mid-season to frost.
