Firm, dense paste-like flesh containing little gel and seeds.
Good sweet flavor, ideal for making sauces and coulis, may be dried.
Wide-growing plant, regular, drooping foliage, indeterminate growth.
Late production.
Well-suited to short-season and/or cool-summer regions.
