Matures from green to chocolate brown.
Rich, smoky flavor. Heat all the higher as the growing conditions have been hot and dry: +/- 30K to 50K SHU.
Particularly well suited for making naturally smoked powder/paprika.
Plant with great development that can greatly exceed one meter in good growing conditions.
