Elongated horn-like fruit about 15 cm long and 8 to 10 cm wide. The fruits have the particularity of flattening out when fully ripe, which makes it look like an elephant's ear, hence its name.
Ripens from green to red.
Thick and firm flesh with a very sweet flavor.
Plant of +/- 0.90 meter, very dense foliage.
Mid-season production, which is early for a fruit of this size.
