Variety resulting from an accidental cross between two unidentified varieties: a "pink" and a "black"!
Fruit from 180 to 300 grams, round beefsteak type with a slight heart-shaped tendency and ribbed at the top.
Purple-pink epidermis with green shoulders.
Juicy and fleshy beef with a pleasant texture.
Flavor: clever mix of that of "black" and "pink", to be consumed before full maturity, otherwise loses its flavor.
Plant with moderate development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Good production, especially in the second half of the season.
