Variety found at a market on Granville Island, Canada, by Denise Salmon of Vancouver. The dealer indicates only its name without further details.  Distributed by Carolyn Homme, in 2012, to the Tomatoville forum community.

Large, pink, beefsteak-like fruit, 300-450 grams, rather round with ruffled shoulders and more or less deep ribbing at the top.  Depression with a wide and corky peduncular attachment where scars can appear in the talwegs.

Very dense beefy flesh with very small pockets containing few seeds. Rich, excellent flavour.
