Rare variety, heirloom selected from a German yellow variety.

Large fruit weighing 300 to 500 grams, beefsteak type, round and slightly flattened at the poles, ribbing more or less present at the top and with discreetly rippled shoulders.

Bicoloured yellow colour with red veiling at maturity, more visible on the apical part.

Two-tone beef flesh with a good sweet and fruity taste.

Production in the second half of the season.
