Heirloom variety originating from the USA. Cultivated and selected for many years by the Didi Sink family in Miami County, Ohio.
Fruit of 150 to 300 grams, of variable shape that can be flattened or bluntly cordial.
Pale yellow skin, sometimes almost white, with a light pinkish-red blush on the shoulders at maturity.
Full and firm flesh.
Very fresh and slightly pungent taste, acid.
Moderate development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Mid-season production.
