Originally from Italy, its name translates as "Crêtes de Feu" ("Fire Ridges").

Fruit weighing 120 to 300 grams, elongated, more or less chubby and ribbed, ending in a point.

Matt, indefinable reddish-brown skin with green shoulders.

Paste-like flesh containing little or no gel and seeds. Balanced flavor. Well-suited to sauces and coulis.

Very vigorous plant with great development, to be trained on several arms, abundant regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Very high regular production from mid-season to frost.
