Rare variety, developed by Lynn Brown, Napa Valley, California.
Fruit of 200 to 400 grams, beefsteak type flattened at the poles, more or less ribbed at the top and with plump or even curved shoulders depending on the size of the fruit.
Copper color becoming dark red with pink and metallic green reflections when ripe.
Green beef flesh mottled with red/rosy meaty meat containing few seeds. Exceptional flavor.
Compact plant with limited development, regular foliage and semi-determinate growth.
Good mid-season productivity, in waves.
