Fruit of 180 to 450 grams of flattened beefsteak type, ribbed at the top and with rounded shoulders.
Two-tone yellow and pink skin, with yellow dominating at the start of the season, then pink predominating at the end of the season.
Dense and juicy beef meat.
Sweet and fragrant flavor.
Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Average but regular production from mid-season.
