CHEROKEE BLACK HEART
Native to the USA. Heart-shaped and fluted fruit, reddish-ochre, turning deep ruby/purple when fully ripe.
A recent variety introduced by Bill Minkey and available from Mariseeds in 2015.
Heart-shaped, fluted red ochre fruit turning deep ruby/purple when fully ripe with stripes and green shoulders gathered in clusters on a strong, vigorous plant.
Fleshy and juicy, rich flavour. Very good productivity.
