Recent variety introduced in 1997 by Tom Stearns of Organic Seed Farm, Connecticut, USA. Variety very similar to "Red Calabash".
Small red fruit, orange at the shoulders, 50 to 100 grams, flattened and strongly ribbed at the top, gathered in clusters of 9 to 12 fruits. The depression at the peduncular attachment is moderately hollow, trace of umbilicus in scarred line, 7 sepals.
Juicy beef flesh with an acid and slightly bitter taste.
Very productive and disease resistant variety.
