Asian variety probably originating from Japan. Takes its name from its white color like the Casper ghost.
Fruit weighing 150 to 250 grams, elongated oblong with a sometimes piriform tendency, 15 to 20 centimeters long.
Shiny skin, ivory white.
White flesh with an excellent mushroom flavor.
