Asian variety probably originating from Japan. Takes its name from its white color like the Casper ghost.

Fruit weighing 150 to 250 grams, elongated oblong with a sometimes piriform tendency, 15 to 20 centimeters long.

Shiny skin, ivory white.

White flesh with an excellent mushroom flavor.

Robust plant with compact development.

Generous production fairly early in the season.
