Large, beefsteak-like fruit weighing 300 to 750 grams and 8 to 12 cm in diameter, with rounded, ribbed shoulders.
Purple-red color with hints of mahogany.
Thick, dense beef flesh with a rich flavor. Excellent in salads and/or sauces.
