Large, round, slightly flattened, beefsteak-like fruit with slight ribbing at the shoulders. Bunches of 3 to 4 fruits weighing 300 to 500 grams.
Yellow color with pink streaks on lower part. Deep depression at stem attachment, circular umbilicus trace; 5 sepals.
Beefy flesh, rich, sweet flavor.
Large development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Production in the second half of the season.
Tends to burst or crack in wet weather.
A variety called Candy Stripes produces the same fruit, but with a size not exceeding 60 to 80 grams (source Jardinsdetomates).
