Heirloom variety from the USA, bred by Joe Bratka's father.

Fruit from 200 to 500 grams, round beefsteak type, slightly flattened and with ribbing at the top, more or less pronounced, depending on the size. Bouquets of 6 to 8 fruits.

Red epidermis tinged with orange.

Extremely juicy dark red beef meat with a very good flavor.

Vigorous plant, with great development, abundant regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Good production from mid-season until frost.

Fruit resistant to splitting and cracking.
