Heirloom native of Bulgaria. Another of the many varieties called "Coeur de Buffalo" which according to the language of the country changes name, or spelling, but designates more or less the same variety as: "Bychye Sertse", "Volovo Srce", "Bull's heart" etc...

Heart-shaped fruit, usually red, from 200 to 500 grams but can reach the kilo.

Dense beef flesh, not very juicy and containing few seeds. Good flavor of old tomato.
