Biquinho means 'little beak', it is also known as Chupethinho White.
Small lantern-like pod, round with a small beak.
Matures from green to creamy white turning pale yellow when fully ripe.
Crunchy and juicy flesh with a smoky and fruity flavor lifted with gentle heat, 700 to 1K SHU.
Often used in marinades.
Thick plants about 75 cm.
