Variety of which nothing proves, despite its name, that it is Italian.
Red fruit of 150 to 300 grams of more or less elongated and very fleshy plum type.
Flesh containing very little gel and seeds. Excellent sweet taste. Ideal variety for making sauce and coulis.
Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Good production. Reserve a protected and warm place for it.
