Large, flattened, beefsteak-like fruit weighing 200 to 400 grams, more or less ribbed at the top and with rounded shoulders.
Bunches of 5 to 10 flowers and fruits in clusters of 2 to 4. Depression with wide, deep peduncular attachment, traces of umbilicus in the depression, flowers with 8 to 10 sepals.
Tri-colored skin, cameo of yellow, red and orange.
Firm, fleshy beef flesh, few seeds. Mild, sweet flavor typical of bicolors.
Large development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Generous production from mid-season through to frost.
