Variety originating from the North East of India. Variant of Bhut Jolokia red.

Fruit with a pendular port, Habanero type, pod 5 to 8 cm long and 2 to 3 cm long.

Ripens from green to pale pink when it turns slightly orange it is overripe.

Extremely hot, fruity flavor reminiscent of peach.

Depending on the growing conditions, the plant can vary from 0.50 to 1.20 meters.

A heat and humidity loving variety but will perform well in cooler weather conditions.
