Heirloom variety whose exact origin is unknown. One of 100 varieties described in Carolyn Homme's book "100 Heirloom Tomatoes for the American Gardener".
Fruit from 150 to 300 grams, sometimes 800 grams, round to slightly flattened with discreet ribbing at the top.
Yellow color veiling itself with a discreet pinkish blush when ripe, sometimes with green marks on the shoulders.
Juicy beef, yellow marbled with pink in the center. Excellent flavor, sweet and balanced.
Plant with great development, indeterminate growth, fine and scanty foliage, so be sure to grow it in partial shade to avoid 'sunburn'.
Good and regular production from mid-season.
