Native to Russia, introduced to the 1989 Seed Savers Yearbook by Craig LeHouillier . Seeds of this variety would have been taken to Oregon by a Russian immigrant where they were passed on from generation to generation.

Heart-shaped fruit with green shoulders at maturity, clusters of 3 to 4 fruits.

The depression at the peduncle is medium. The umbilicus is in point.

The dense flesh is tender and juicy, it contains few seeds. The taste is sweet and acid, excellent!

Plant with fine foliage and softly drooping, semi-determined growth.

Variety well adapted to regions with cool climate or short season.
