Fruit with pendular port, from 150 to 200 grams, conical/triangular shape ending in a point, +/- 16 cm long and +/- 7 cm in diameter.
Ripens from green then creamy yellow to finish red.
Thick-walled flesh +/- 7 mm. It is when it becomes yellowish that the flavor is optimal. Use in fresh, canned and stew.
Plant of - 70 cm. Production +/- 75 days
