Variety developed in 1957, by the "College of Tropical Agriculture" of the University of Hawaii. From the crossing of "Molokaï" and "HES 4857" in order to create a variety resistant to nematodes and various diseases (fusarium, mosaic etc).

Small red fruit from 120 to 180 grams, round and slightly flattened. Depression at the peduncular attachment shallow but wide and corky.

Full and dense juicy flesh. Multi chambers, small, containing a lot of gel and few seeds. Very good old fashioned flavor.

Plant with medium development, determinate to semi determinate growth.

Good production, rather from the second half of the season.
