Large beefsteak type fruit weighing 250 to 500 grams, round and more or less flattened with plump and ribbed shoulders.

Pale orange matte epidermis reminiscent of the color of an orange sorbet (hence its name)!

Juicy beef meat. Well-balanced sweet flavor with a hint of acidity.

Very vigorous plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Good production until frost. Good resistance to cracking.
