ALTAISKIY SHEDEVR
Russian cultivar. Small fruit of 90 to 250 grams of variable shape most often flattened with ribbed shoulders.
Old variety of Russian origin, its name means "Productive of the Atlai". Introduced to the Prague seed bank in 1959 and to the Seed Savers Yearbook in 1998. Also referenced under the following names: Altaïskij urozajnij - Алтайский Урожайный.
Small fruit of 90-250 grams of variable shape mostly flattened with ribbed shoulders.
Juicy beefy flesh containing few seeds. Sweet, not very fragrant flavor.
Compact plant with high yield, determined growth.
Variety adapted to regions with short season and/or cool summer. It is recommended not to prune otherwise the plant will not produce.
