Very popular variety, originally from Hungary.

Erect fruit, tomato type, round and flattened, 80 to 120 grams and +/- 5 cm in diameter.

Ripens from yellow to red to orange.

Fleshy and juicy flesh with a crunchy texture, delicious flavor and slightly spicy.

It is when it turns from orange to red that the heat is most present, it is also at this stage that it is dried in order to be reduced to powder to become "Paprika". The ripening fruit loses its spiciness and acquires more sweetness as it becomes sweet.

Very productive variety (+/- 70 to 80 days).
