AKER'S PINK PLUM
Native unknown. Fruit of type plum of 50 to 120 grams.
Variety whose exact origin is unknown, probably a mutation of "Plum Aker" from red to pink. Description identical to the latter except for the skin color.
Small pink plum-type fruit weighing 50 to 120 grams, 6 to 10 cm long and 4 to 6 cm in diameter.
Very thick, fleshy flesh with very little gel with good flavor. Ideal variety for making sauce, coulis or paste.
Semi-determined or indeterminate growth depending on the sources. Very good production.
