Argentinian heirloom. One of the largest existing sweet peppers. Ripens from green to orange to red.

Variety of heirloom Argentina, originating from the Andes, more precisely from the area of the mount Aconcagua from which it bears the name.

One of the biggest existing sweet peppers, fruit with pendular port, conical with the blunt end, being able to exceed 30 cm length for 5 to 7 cm broad.

Ripens from green to orange and finally red.

Flesh with moderately thick walls with a sweet and fruity taste, slightly peppery when immature.

Can be eaten at all stages of ripening but its flavor is best when fully ripe, a real treat when grilled!

Vigorous plant with a large development, good production +/- 75 to 85 days.
