Large, round, beefsteak-like fruit weighing 150 to 400 grams, slightly flattened and wavy at the top.
Marbled green skin with dark green stripes, the apical part is veiled pink when ripe.
Green beef flesh with pink veiling, excellent taste, well-balanced acidity/sugar.
Medium development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Tendency to circular cracking. Long shelf-life and suitable for drying.
